Service Description
Our 6-week Pups To Teens classes are perfect for you! With OPEN ENROLLMENT, you can join at any time and start working on essential skills right away. Pick your start date and and join for your 6 week block when you are ready. We focus on helping you and your pup bond with games to work on recall, loose lead walking, calmness, focus for you, everyday manners and confidence in our crazy world. This class is perfect for puppies and young dogs ranging from 4 months to 2yrs of age. - 1 hour a week for 6 straight weeks. (No make up classes available) - Join any time. Your dog must be fully vaccinated to attend this class. PLEASE NOTE: We do not work with any of the following behaviour challenges: - Reactivity - towards humans, dogs or other animals - Separation Anxiety - Resource Guarding (we will refer these cases onto a veterinary behaviourist)

If you have booked on to one of the Open Enrolment courses, please note that the classes run for 4 to 6 weeks from your start date with no space for catch-up sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hrs notice before the start of the class or 1:1 private session: - Up to 48 hours before the class - Refund minus the administration fee of $25  - 24-48 hour notice before the class - refund of 50% cost of the course - No refund if cancelling on the day of the first class - No refund after completion of the first session and inability to continue to full course completion If cancelling before 48hrs of the start of the class, please let us know if you would like to postpone your spot to a class later in the year - Extra administration fee of $25
